Brownies
Dense, fudgy, and unapologetically rich. The chewy one has a soft centre and a papery top. The double chocolate one is for people who thought the first was a warm up. Both are made with Van Houten and cut thick.

Small batches from a kitchen in Rawalpindi, made with Van Houten chocolate and whatever the market had that morning.
I never planned to sell any of this.
It started because people kept asking. A box of brownies for a friend, then their sister wanted some, then someone's office. Somewhere in there it stopped being a favour and started being a business, though I still bake the same way I did when it was one tray at a time.
That means real chocolate, not compound. Butter, not shortening. Small batches, because a big one is easier but never as good. If a batch comes out wrong it does not go out, and yes, that has happened.
This is not a factory. It is a kitchen, and I am still the one in it.
Hassan
The real thing, not compound. It is the whole difference.
Made in trays, not runs. Every box comes off a batch someone watched.
Bought here, used fresh, nothing sitting in storage.
Baked through the week in small batches, never held waiting for a buyer.

Shop the browniesThick, soft in the middle, crisp at the edge. The choco chunk is the classic, made with proper chunks rather than chips. The messy one has a hazelnut centre that does exactly what the name suggests.
Shop the cookiesToasted slow in small trays until the clusters hold together. Four flavours, three sizes, no artificial sugars and nothing you cannot pronounce. It keeps well, which is the point.

The Person Behind the Brand
"A nickname turned into a brand.
A kitchen turned into a promise."
Cookie's started the way all good things do — without a plan. The nickname "Cookie" came long before the brand did, and somewhere between making granola for family breakfasts and getting asked "where can I buy this?" for the tenth time, something clicked.
This isn't a corporate food brand. There's no factory, no flavour scientist, no marketing department. There's a kitchen, a recipe that took months to get right, and an absolute refusal to compromise on what goes in every pack.
The promise was simple from day one: real ingredients, nothing artificial, and enough protein to actually make breakfast worth it. That's still the whole brief.
Cookie's launched with Granola because granola is what started it all. But the brand was always meant to be bigger — a full snack range, a bakery, a place families come back to for everything from a morning bowl to a birthday cake. That journey is already underway.
Honest Ingredients
No preservatives, no colouring, and no artificial sugars in any of the granola. Every ingredient on the pack is one you can pronounce.
Made for the table
I bake what I would put in front of my own family. That is the whole test, and it decides what goes in and what stays out.
Small batches
Made in trays, not runs. A big batch is easier and never as good, so I have stayed with the small ones even as orders have grown.
No long explanations
Everything here is named for what it is. If a batch comes out wrong it does not go out, and my family eats well on my mistakes.
